DOS-E&A was founded by Shannon Hayden, a Chartered Professional Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience across some of Australia's most demanding industrial environments.

Shannon's background spans mining and resources, food and beverage processing, heavy manufacturing, and logistics — giving DOS-E&A an unusually broad technical foundation that most specialist consultancies simply don't have.

Our philosophy: we don't over-engineer and we don't over-promise. We design systems that perform in the real world — robust, maintainable, and built to last. As an independent consultancy, we're not tied to any vendor or product platform. We recommend what's right for your operation.
